ACCESS CONTROL

Granular user management without a separate access-key workflow

The current Role & Permissions experience is powered by Users Management with Add User and Existing Users tabs.

Invite Users by Email

Add organization members through the current Users Management flow using Member Email, role and target workspace.

Role-Based Defaults

Choose a role and VauPrime refreshes its default permission set before you fine-tune individual screen access.

Organization & Branch Access

Assign a user to the exact organization or branch workspace they should access. Target Organization / Branch is required before invitation.

Screen-Wise Permissions

Control View, Create, Update and Delete per screen where those actions are supported. Read-only screens expose only meaningful permissions.

Access Start & End Dates

Optionally restrict access to a defined period using start and end dates, with validation that end date cannot precede start date.

Status-Aware User Control

Manage Invited, Active, Suspended and Revoked connections with actions such as Edit, Revoke, Disable, Enable, Accept and Reject.

AVAILABLE ROLES

Role-aware defaults that you can refine

The default role is Manager. Changing a role refreshes its default permissions, after which screen-level access can be adjusted as needed.
